This plugin will allow you to easily add dynamic links from another site to your footer.

Download as an .rar file: wc-special-footer-links.rar

1. Unpack to the wp-content/plugins directory
2. Edit the wc-special-footer-links.php file and change the TTL and WSFL_URL constants to values that suit your needs
3. Go to the plugins page in the WP admin interface and activate the plugin
